    Looking forward to the results of your experiment but so far seems like you are onto a winner!
    I got into the geriatric gym today and set up for 3 months of 2x weekly machines (for kenees and legs) with exercise physiologist supervision. My goal is to get fit enough to be able to work out in a normal gym. 🙂
    And you are my inspiration too!

    1. Happy I inspire you. Yes I am no spring chicken but I feel like I am very young. I feel better than I did in my twenties. I want you to know that I have been lifting a few years now, and I started out VERY slow. I am intent on avoiding injury, and building strength takes time. I am continually progressing and that is exciting. I compete with no one but myself.
